This is a 7 foot long beating device for tough-turfed grasslands, like tundra, taiga, dry swamps, sage areas or anyplace where it is difficult to easily scrape down to mineral soil. A 2 foot long nylon rod and 2 foot long conveyor belt straps best for rock and brush temperate grasslands or a
4 foot long rod with a foot square long pad best for arctic taiga and tundra / irregular ground and dry swamps in tropics. However both work well anywhere.
